Ellen Wyles

Ellen Wyles serves as the Global Client Director at Thoughtworks since August 2021, focusing on assisting Enterprise clients in their digital transformation efforts and ensuring strong returns on investment. Previously, Ellen was the Client Principal and Commercial Lead at Concentrix Catalyst (formerly Tigerspike) from April 2016 to August 2021, where support for digital transformation initiatives for Enterprise and Government clients was a priority, alongside collaboration with major channel partners like AWS and Apple. Prior experience includes the Client Services & Strategy Manager role at SMSGlobal from January 2014 to April 2016, where Ellen expanded and acquired business in SMS solutions, and a Sales and Support Executive position at Ashurst in 2013. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Commercial Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Deakin University, as well as a degree from the University of Manitoba through a student exchange program.
