Martha Ruiz serves as the Global Head of People at Thoughtworks, where responsibilities include leading the People Function to support global expansion efforts. Prior to this role, Martha held the position of Senior Vice President of People Strategy at Nielsen, overseeing Global Business Partners for various teams involved in designing and operationalizing key products for audience measurement and attribution in the media industry. Martha's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Univision Communications Inc., managing HR functions across numerous local media properties and leading talent management initiatives. Previous roles also include HR leadership positions at AIG, PepsiCo, Baker Hughes, and Procter & Gamble. Martha holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
