Erica Jennings

Erica Jennings has extensive work experience in finance, starting in 2004 as an Actuarial Analyst at AIG. Erica then worked at American Express from 2007 to 2009 as a Finance Manager, where they managed partner contracts and analyzed revenue and customer satisfaction from internet servicing initiatives. Erica joined SEPHORA in 2010 and held various roles, including Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager - North America Operations, and Director of Finance. Most recently, they joined thredUP in 2020 and has since held the positions of Senior Finance Manager, Director of Finance, and currently Senior Director of Finance.

Erica Jennings attended Penn State University from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics. Erica also pursued a minor in Statistics.
