James Mixson

James Mixson's work experience includes various roles in sales engineering, systems engineering, and solutions architecture. James is currently working as a Data Center Engineer at Three Wire Systems, where they build technical trust with clients and assists the sales team in closing business. Previously, James worked as a Sales Engineer at Cybereason and as a Senior Systems Engineer at Dell Technologies, where they developed account penetration strategies and addressed customer objections. James also served as a Solutions Architect at Software Information Systems, Principal Solutions Architect at Delphix, and Manager of Data Center Operations at ERP Suites. In these roles, they built customer relationships, conducted assessments, and designed and monitored systems. James's earlier experience includes positions as an IT Manager at PRISM Title & Closing Services, an Export Control Engineer at GE, a Systems Administrator at National City Mortgage, and a Systems Support Engineer at Toyota NAPCK. Throughout their career, James has consistently demonstrated technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.

James Mixson attended Cincinnati State Technical and Community College from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained an AAB degree in Business Technology. James then went on to attend the University of Cincinnati for an unknown period of time, and prior to that, they graduated from Lexington High School. In addition to their formal education, James has obtained several certifications, including the PSE: Prisma Cloud Associate from Palo Alto Networks in January 2023, the Palo Alto Networks Systems Engineer (PSE): Foundation from Palo Alto Networks in December 2022, the Sanctum Federal Sales Certification from Sanctum Federal in November 2022, the Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) Certified Administrator from Zscaler in June 2023, the Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Certified Administrator from Zscaler in June 2023, the Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) Certified Administrator from Zscaler in June 2023, the Zero Trust Certified Architect (ZTCA) from Zscaler in December 2022, the Zscaler Certified Sales Engineer from Zscaler in December 2022, the Remote Support Administration v22 from BeyondTrust in December 2022, and the Cisco Data Center Unified Computing Design Specialist, Cisco Unified Computing Technology Design Specialist, and Cisco Unified Computing Technology Support Specialist from Cisco in March 2014.
