Amit Laxman Ahire

Amit Laxman Ahire has worked in the software engineering field since 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Software Engineer at the Defence Research and Development Organisation, where they developed a real-time application to coordinate between different devices and obtain and visualize data. Amit also worked as a Software Engineer at Apostek Software India Pvt. Ltd. from 2014 to 2015, where they were the lead programmer on MySlots. From 2014 to 2018, they were a PhD Candidate and Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Universitat Pompeu Fabra - UPF, where they conducted seminars in Infografia and Computational Geometry, and supervised students in their semester projects. Finally, from 2021 to present, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at Threedy GmbH - instant3Dhub.

Amit Laxman Ahire has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Graphics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a Master's degree in Computer Game Engineering from Newcastle University, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Anna University.
