Rachel Riley possesses extensive experience in human resources and volunteer services, currently serving as the Manager of Volunteer Services at Thrive Group since February 2018, following roles as a Human Resources Associate and Recruitment Associate. Prior experience includes a stint as a Talent Specialist at the City of Hamilton in 2021 and as a National Recruiter at Saint Elizabeth Health Care from June 2016 to February 2018, where additional responsibilities included administrative support. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Gerontology and Health Studies, along with a Minor in Sociology from McMaster University, and furthered education at Mohawk College.
