Koreen Pagano

Koreen Pagano is an accomplished product leader currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Thrive, a position held since March 2024. Koreen founded ISANNO in January 2013, acting as CEO to enhance organizational understanding of expertise across teams. Previous roles include Group Vice President of Product Management at Wiley, Head of Product and Vice President of Skills at Degreed, and Executive Director for Skills for a New Economy at ETS. In addition, Koreen held positions as VP of Corporate Product Management at D2L, VP of Product at ShipHawk, and accomplished roles at LinkedIn and lynda.com. Educational background includes a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s in Audiology and Speech Sciences from Michigan State University.
