The Development Team at Thrive Scholars is responsible for securing financial resources to support the organization's mission. This includes managing donor relations, coordinating fundraising campaigns, overseeing development operations, and cultivating major gifts to ensure high-achieving students of color from economically disadvantaged communities can access top colleges and meaningful careers.
