The Leadership Team at Thrive Scholars oversees the strategic direction and overall management of the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission to support high-achieving students of color from economically disadvantaged communities. Comprised of officers and managing directors across various departments, the team collaborates to enhance program effectiveness, secure funding, foster corporate partnerships, promote equity and inclusion, and drive organizational growth and efficiency.
