The Director Positions team at Thrive Scholars comprises leaders who oversee various critical functions to support the organization's mission. They manage outreach, specialized career pathways (such as Law, Engineering, and Technology), high school and college programs, regional initiatives, communication strategies, and financial operations. They are also responsible for research, evaluation, talent operations, and the growth and effectiveness of programs, ensuring that high-achieving students of color from economically disadvantaged communities get the resources and support they need for academic and career success.
