Louie Lafond

Louie Lafond is currently the VP of Client Success and Services at Thrive TRM. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Success at Futurestay, a SaaS business automation platform that made it easy to rent out a vacation home by centralizing management across leading websites like AirBnb, HomeAway & the manager's own e-commerce website and automating the administrative processes.

Before that, Louie was the Vice President of Client Services at BountyJobs, a recruiting marketplace launched in November of 2006 that simplifies the entire process between companies and direct hire agencies, helping companies hire better candidates, faster. BountyJobs uses the only data-driven VMS that gives HR teams complete control and clarity over their agency process. Through one contract, one portal, and unrivaled benchmarking data, BountyJobs partners with companies to help them simplify, analyze, and then deliver unmatched velocity and results in landing candidates from direct hire agencies.

At BountyJobs, Louie was responsible for Client Services strategy, including Account Management, Agency Sales, and Customer Support. Louie developed a new account implementation process and user success plan that delivered consistency to previously unpredictable revenue results. Louie also achieved consistent 30% year over year revenue growth and reached EBITDA break-even. Their focus on customer success led to a 95%+ account retention rate.

After completing a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Neurobiology with Honors in Cell Biology and Molecular Genetics from the University of Maryland, Louie Lafond may pursue a career in medical research, become a physician, or work in another health-related field.
