Kelsey Holz is the Director of Finance, Community Management, Wellness, and Food and Beverage at Thrive Companies. In 2014, Kelsey became a Recruiter for Solutions Staffing. In this role, they were responsible for daily correspondence with clients to provide services that meet their business requirements. Kelsey also visited client sites to maintain professional relationships and improve client productivity and profitability. Kelsey was also responsible for confidential information of both clients and candidates, including running background checks, drug assessments, and payroll processing.

In 2016, Kelsey became the Staff Accountant and HR Manager for KBK Enterprises. In this role, they were responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, payroll processing, various monthly reporting, asset and inventory tracking, and other bookkeeping duties. Kelsey also coordinated HR documents and processed draw requests for Davis Bacon compliance.

Kelsey has been with Thrive Companies since 2020. In their current role as Director of Finance, Community Management, Wellness, and Food and Beverage, they are responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Kelsey is also responsible for managing the company's community outreach programs, wellness initiatives, and food and beverage operations.
