Ricardo Gonzalez has a wide range of experience in various roles and industries. Ricardo started their career as the President/Owner of Heritage Secure, Inc from 2003 to 2007. Ricardo then worked as the Operations Manager at Greenworks Energy Solutions in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they were the Owner of Bonita Imports, Inc, specializing in import/export. Ricardo then transitioned into roles related to sales and business development. Ricardo served as a National Account Manager at Tripp Lite from 2012 to 2013, and as a NetApp Regional Brand Sales Specialist at Arrow Electronics from 2013 to 2015. Ricardo then joined AVANT Communications as a Cloud Channel Manager from 2015 to 2017, and later became the Manager of Business Development - Strategic Alliances. Ricardo then worked at ThousandEyes (part of Cisco) as the Client Partner Director - North America from 2019 to 2022. Ricardo then moved on to ThreatBlockr, Inc. as the Director of Sales - Central Region U.S./Latin America from 2022 to 2023, and as the Leader - Managed Service Providers and Strategic Alliances - Americas and LATAM. Currently, they are employed as the Director of Channel and Alliances at Thrive starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Ricardo has focused on developing and managing sales across various channels and building strong business relationships.
Ricardo Gonzalez attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Kinesiology/Pre-Dentistry. Ricardo then attended Marmion Abbey/Academy from 1994 to 1997. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they obtained a B.S. degree in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
