Ken Charles

Ken Charles has extensive work experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ken currently serves as the SVP, Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Corporate Responsibility Officer at Thrivent. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Intentional Talent Advancement, LLC. Previously, they were the Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer at American Airlines and held various roles at U.S. Bank, General Mills, Golden Key International Honour Society, INROADS/Atlanta, AT&T, and United States Steel Corporation. Throughout their career, Ken has demonstrated leadership in implementing diversity strategies and overseeing talent acquisition and development.

Ken Charles holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Kansas, which they completed in 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Duquesne University in 1987.
