Paneesh Rao

Paneesh Rao has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Senior Software Developer and Technical Lead for various companies, designing and developing enterprise-scale applications. In 2005, they became a Vice President at Lehman Brothers, managing a global team to develop an enterprise data warehouse. From 2008 to 2020, they worked at Neuberger Berman, where they held roles such as Vice President and Senior Vice President, overseeing technology initiatives and managing portfolio management platforms. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Principal at Citisoft, providing technology advisory and implementation support for M&A transactions. Since 2022, they have been a Senior Manager at EY, focused on advising Wealth & Asset management clients on technology transformations. In 2023, they will join Thrivent as the Head of Front Office Technology. Overall, Paneesh Rao has a strong background in technology strategy, program planning, and implementation in the financial services industry.
