Rachael Phillips

Rachael Phillips, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at Thrivent, where responsibilities include leading enterprise talent management programs such as talent review, performance management, and executive coaching, while aligning strategy with human capital analytics. Prior to Thrivent, Rachael held multiple roles at Best Buy, culminating in the position of Human Resources Senior Manager - Talent Management, and also worked as an Operations Manager at The Home Depot and a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Counselor at Trinity Services Inc. Rachael's academic achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Master of Business Administration, and ongoing studies toward a Doctor of Law degree, along with earlier degrees in Counseling Psychology and Psychology from prominent institutions.
