Vance Carrier

Vance Carrier is the current COBRA Operations Manager at ThrivePass. Vance has over eight years of experience in the field of human resources and benefits administration. Prior to their current position, they served as the Integration Manager at Businessolver, where they managed a team of 20 professionals responsible for configuring EDI vendor and payroll files for over 100 clients. Carrier has also held positions at Comcast and Businessolver as a CAE and an HR Generalist. Vance holds a bachelor's degree in human resources from the University of Phoenix.
