Suresh Balakrishnan

Suresh Balakrishnan has over 25 years of experience in legal, compliance, and finance roles. Suresh most recently served as the Head of Legal & Compliance at Thryve Digital Health LLP since January 2017. Prior to that, they were the Head - Legal & Company Secretary at Sify Technologies Limited from April 2015. Suresh has also held positions as the Group Company Secretary & Head Legal & Compliance at CSS Corp from June 2013 to March 2015, Company Secretary & AVP Finance at Scope International from July 2007 to May 2013, and Company Secretary & Sr. Manager Finance at Blue Dart Aviation Ltd. from January 1998 to July 2007. Suresh started their career as an Accounts Officer at Agro Tech Foods Limited in July 1992 and later worked as a Manager - Finance & Secretarial at Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd. from April 1993 to July 1997.

Suresh Balakrishnan completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Madras between 1981 and 1984. Suresh also holds an ACS degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an ACMA degree from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
