Jasmine Chance

Jasmine Chance is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, coaching, and program management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Learning and Talent - Coaching at Thurgood Marshall College Fund since November 2021. With a background that includes managerial roles in talent acquisition and campus relations at College Bound, Inc., and as a Senior Program Coordinator for the National Society of Black Engineers, Jasmine has developed expertise in educational support and program development. Prior experience as a Case Manager at Unity House of Troy involved advocating for adults with disabilities and creating individualized service plans. Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany and an Associate degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville.
