Michelle Dave Bagnol, LPT

Michelle Dave Bagnol, LPT has held a variety of roles throughout their career. Michelle Dave began their career in 2013 as an Instructor/Facilitator at the University of Southeastern Philippines, where they facilitated the English Bridge Program and created fun activities to motivate students to learn English. In the same year, they also began working at VXI Global Solutions, LLC, first as an Account Associate providing assistance to clients by answering phone calls and documenting call information, and then as a Quality Assurance Analyst where they monitored agents' calls and validated disputes or client escalations. In 2021, they joined Thursday Boot Company as a Customer Service Specialist.

Michelle Dave Bagnol, LPT, obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of Southeastern Philippines in 2013. In 2018, they completed the Teacher Certificate Program for Non-Education Professionals (TCPNEP) from the same university.
