Christian Frühling

Christian Frühling has a diverse work experience in the field of maritime engineering. Christian started their career as a Research Engineer at Technische Universität Hamburg from March 2009 to June 2012. After that, they joined thyssenkrupp Marine Systems as a Naval Architect from September 2012 to July 2015. Christian then served as the Head of Product Design Concepts Submarines at the same company from July 2015 to July 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Joint Sales Services at thyssenkrupp Marine Systems, starting from July 2022.

Christian Frühling attended Hamburg University of Technology from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture. Christian then pursued further education at the same university and earned a Doctorate in Naval Architecture from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they studied Arctic Offshore Engineering at The University Centre in Svalbard from 2007 to 2008.
