Emma Boardman

Emma Boardman is a seasoned professional in internal audit and management, currently serving as a Senior Internal Auditor at TIAA Ltd since July 2022. Alongside this role, Emma holds the position of Parent Governor at Bawnmore Community Infant School, contributing to the Bilton Community Federation since May 2024. Prior experience includes a long tenure at JD Wetherspoon from March 2008 to July 2022, where Emma progressed from Bar Associate to Unit Manager in multiple locations. Additional experience as a Duty Manager at Ryman from January 2005 to September 2007 complements a solid background in leadership and operational management. Emma earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design & Engineering from Bournemouth University in 2011.
