Jean-Sébastien Lavoie is a seasoned software engineer with a comprehensive background in application development and technical leadership. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at Ticketmaster since April 2021, Jean-Sébastien previously held roles including Application Development Lead at EIS Ltd and Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at Ticketmaster. With experience spanning over two decades, including positions at Medrium, LC&D Internet Publishing, and earlier roles at Ticketmaster, Jean-Sébastien has demonstrated expertise in software planning, development, and delivery, particularly within AWS environments.
