Arthur Cochran

Arthur (Skip) Cochran is an experienced production and facility manager, currently serving as Facility Manager at Terminal Investment Corporation (TICO) since October 2022, with prior experience in similar roles from September 2015 to June 2022. Cochran's responsibilities include overseeing production line operations and managing maintenance teams. Previous positions include Logistics Manager at Lowcountry Paver and Quality Assurance Representative at Kay and Associates, Inc. Additionally, Cochran has a strong background in aviation maintenance, having worked as an Airframes Mechanic and Maintenance Control Supervisor in the United States Marine Corps, alongside roles at Defense Security Service DS2 and the F-18 Program.
