Jerry Defeo

Jerry DeFeo has extensive experience in the food service industry, with a particular focus on franchise operations. Jerry began their career at CRO/Grand Actual as a General/International Manager, where they successfully opened Texas Embassy Cantina in London and oversaw exportation to new stores. Jerry then joined Pizza Inn as the Director of New Stores/Business Consultant, where they were responsible for developing and leading new store opening procedures. At Papa Murphy's International, Jerry served as the Director of Franchise Operations, providing strategic leadership and overseeing the development of over 90 franchisees. At Mr. Gatti's Pizza, they held several roles including Sr. VP of Operations and Sr. VP of Franchise Operations, managing the overall business and successfully navigating a cross-collateralized bankruptcy. Currently, Jerry is the Vice President of Franchise Operations at Tide Cleaners, responsible for overseeing operations, training, and supply chain teams and driving growth through franchising.

Jerry DeFeo CFE received their Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics from Texas Tech University in 1992. In October 2020, they obtained the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certification from the International Franchise Association.
