Jessica Combs, JD, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jessica is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent at Tide Rock, an Unlevered Buyout Firm focused on acquiring and growing companies with strong free cash flow. Prior to this, Jessica worked as a Vice President at McDermott + Bull Executive Search, where they partnered with leading companies to recruit VP to C-Suite executives. Jessica also held roles as a Director and Senior Executive Recruiter at the same company. Jessica's previous experience includes working as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter at SHL, where they specialized in talent acquisition and management. Jessica also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters, specializing in Marketing and Communication roles. Additionally, Jessica has legal experience, having practiced as a Law Partner at Gill & Combs LLP, and as an Attorney/Law Clerk at Pedersen Law & Dispute Resolution. Jessica also worked in the public sector as a Data Analyst at the USDA and as a Legal Analyst at IRS Criminal Investigation. Jessica's broad range of experiences has provided their with expertise in talent acquisition, executive search, HR, and law.

Jessica Combs, JD, SPHR has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Western State College of Law. Jessica also holds a Mediation Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from UC Santa Barbara. In addition, they are certified by the State Bar of California and has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
