Carmella Odes, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Carmella currently holds the position of Senior Retention Manager at Tide since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager, Growth CRM at Busuu from February 2022 to July 2022.

Carmella's previous experience includes working at Amazon as a Marketing Project Manager for Audible from April 2021 to February 2022, where they later transitioned to the role of CRM Manager for Audible from July 2018 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the acquisition, retention, and lifecycle of Audible's former customers, achieving significant YoY growth.

Carmella also has experience at Fiverr as a Senior Manager, Email Marketing & Lifecycle from May 2014 to September 2015. During this time, they contributed to the growth of the world's largest marketplace for services starting at $5.

Before their corporate career, Carmella was the Founder and Owner of the fashion brand and boutique "NaKed CT" in Tel-Aviv from 2008 to 2010. In this role, they managed all aspects of the brand, including importing, buying, boutique management, employee management, and marketing through various channels.

Prior to this, they graduated from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology. In addition to their formal education, Carmella also obtained a certification as a B2B Master from Eloqua in March 2018.
