Shashank Shukla has a diverse work experience. Shashank started as a Web Development Intern at The Sparks Foundation in January 2021. Later, they joined Merkle Sokrati in June 2021 as a Business Analyst, where they worked on the CRM strategy and framework for customer segmentation and journey flows. Shashank also worked on integrating new features in the Axisnet application and analyzing customer usage journey. In September 2022, they transitioned into the role of Senior Business Analyst and worked on insurance products for SBIG clients using various tech tools. Currently, Shashank is a Senior CRM Executive at Tide, where they are involved in managing customer relationships.

Shashank Shukla began their education at St. Joseph's Convent Senior Secondary School in Bathinda, where they completed their secondary education in an unspecified field of study in 2015. In 2016, they attended the Sanawar Institute For Children in Bathinda, where they completed their higher secondary education. Shashank then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science at Jaypee University of Information Technology from 2017 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Shashank has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they completed certifications in Cloud Computing with AWS and Programming with Python from Internshala. In 2021, they obtained certifications in The Fundamental of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Training, Excel Essential Training (Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn, and Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy. In 2021, they also completed a Web Development & Designing certification from The Sparks Foundation. Shashank continued to enhance their skills in 2022 by obtaining an Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy. Recently, in 2023, they acquired a Google Analytics 4 Certification from Google.
