Viktor Dikanchev

Viktor Dikanchev has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Viktor began their career at TELUS International Europe in 2009, where they worked as a Customer Care Professional for a year before being promoted to the role of Assistant Supervisor. In 2011, Viktor joined HP as a Complaint Manager and stayed with the company for seven years. In 2018, they joined Codix as a Project Manager and worked there until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, Viktor worked at ActivTrades as a Project Manager. Currently, they are serving as an Agile Lead at Tide since December 2021.

Viktor Dikanchev completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, attending from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Instituto Bilingue "Miguel de Cervantes" Sofia for their high school education, from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, Viktor has obtained certifications in Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) from Scrum.org in May 2023 and Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) from Scrum.org in July 2021.
