Aaron Arnoldy

Aaron Arnoldy is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in strategy consulting and impact investment. Currently serving as VP of Operations at UpMetrics since May 2024, Aaron previously held the position of COO at Tideline from September 2014 to April 2024, where significant contributions included the firm's growth to serve over 130 clients managing more than $200 billion in assets. Concurrently, Aaron was COO of BlueMark, a leader in impact verification, from January 2021 to April 2024. Notable earlier roles encompass co-founder and COO of Encite Capital, strategy consultant at Nexso, and economic development consultant for the World Bank. Aaron's educational background includes a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
