Katarina Franke

Katarina Franke has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Katarina is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead at Tietoevry, responsible for global talent acquisition in the industry and transformation sectors. Prior to that, they served as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Tietoevry in Sweden. Katarina has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at the company. Before joining Tietoevry, Katarina was the Business Unit Manager at SAM International, where they specialized in executive recruitment and client growth strategies. Katarina also worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Bleiken AB, focusing on IT and telecom sectors. Katarina has also founded their own company, KarriärAgenten, where they provided executive leadership consulting, intercultural leadership training, and career development coaching. Katarina has worked with notable clients such as SAAB Group, Scania, and SEB. Katarina has further international experience as an expatriate in New York and Zurich. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at Tele2 AB, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Openwave Systems Inc., and Adcore International AS. Additionally, they served as a Production Manager at Atmosfär Production AB.

Katarina Franke obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogik med media/teknisk inriktning from Stockholm University in 1994. In 1996-1997, they studied Journaliststudier at Poppius Journalistskola. Additionally, they earned a Master's degree in EdTech through an Erasmus scholarship at the University of London in 1994.
