Job Title:       Credit Controller

Location:       Hybrid – Office Location Winnersh Triangle

Salary:            £27,000 per annum fixed term contract

Job Type:      Full Time / Temporary Contract

The Role:

  • Chasing of debt due, to maintain low levels of aged.

  • Day to day credit control function using Oracle Netsuite.

  • Contacting customers regularly to ensure payment within terms.

  • Following up any communications from customers.

  • Uploading of payment promises and Remittance information.

  • Dealing with missed payment promises.

  • Sending out statements for all accounts.

  • Monitor of Dunning letters.

  • Manage the Credit Control Inbox.

  • Liaise with Sales when necessary.

  • Liaise with Fulfilment teams for PODs.

  • Attend weekly debt meetings.

The Candidate:

  • Experience with Oracle Netsuite.

  • Experience within a busy Credit Control team.

  • Good Excel skills.

  • Good communication skills – phone and written.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good work ethic and a positive team player.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
