Job description

Job Summary:

The senior finance associate is responsible for a range of accounting and administrative tasks within the Finance Department. This role includes managing cash operations, handling invoicing, working corporate and sales tax matters with CPA, and working closely with the parent company in South Korea for significant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash disbursement preparations, cash receipts, and payment processing.
  • Handle bill entries, invoicing, and tracking of receivables and payables.
  • Handle corporate tax and sales tax matters with CPA and HQ finance team
  • Perform routine accounting and administrative tasks, such as closing books, managing ledgers, and financial analysis.
  • Assist in preparing and supporting internal and external audits.
  • Maintain continuous communication and reporting with the parent company in South Korea.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and stay updated on new legislation.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting team.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements, handling invoicing, and managing taxes.
  • Strong skills in cash management and payment processing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a multinational company.
  • Proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using NetSuite ERP software.
  • Utilize NetSuite ERP system for various accounting operations.
