Craig Jennings

Craig Jennings is an experienced professional in pre and post sales technical consulting and installation engineering, with a strong focus on networking and ShoreTel solutions. Currently serving as an Advanced Solutions Specialist at Prodec Networks since November 2015, Craig has previously held positions as a Technical Consultant at Solar Communications, and Technical Director at The Chewton Group, where responsibilities included providing technical support and building relationships with resellers and end users. Additionally, as Head of Technical Support at Mindshare Ltd, Craig managed technical support for all products and oversaw a line management team. Craig's career is supported by foundational education at Ralph Allen School, completed in 1982.
