Tom Carter has a diverse work experience, starting in 1992 as a Sales Manager at Siebel Systems. Tom later worked in various roles within the U.S. government, including as a Counternarcotics Program Officer in Nicaragua and as a U.S. Delegate at the United Nations Security Council. In 2005, they transitioned to the private sector, holding positions at Gow & Partners, LeaderFinder Consulting, and Hanover Search. Currently, they are the Global Head of Human Capital at TigerRisk Partners, overseeing human resource-related activities.
Tom Carter completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service at Georgetown University from 1984 to 1988. Tom then pursued their Masters degree in Public Policy and Education at Harvard University from 1991 to 1992.
