Derek Coughlan is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Monetization & Integrity at TikTok since February 2021, where oversight includes a pan-European team of 14 talent acquisition partners and recruitment coordinators. Prior to TikTok, Derek held roles such as Global Talent Acquisition Manager at SilverCloud Health, Group Talent Acquisition Manager at Independent News & Media, and Recruitment Account Manager at Citrix, among others. Derek's career began in recruitment consulting, focusing on the Accounting/Finance and Insurance industries. Derek holds a Certificate in Human Resources and Business Administration from the National College of Ireland.
