Sagar Barbhaya

Sagar Barbhaya is an accomplished accessibility leader, currently serving as the Head of Global Accessibility at TikTok since April 2024. Prior roles include Head of Global Accessibility/Director of Accessibility at Cornerstone OnDemand, where Sagar built and led a team of Accessibility Analysts while engaging customers to align accessibility commitments with their needs. Sagar founded the first-ever accessibility team at DoorDash, managing senior engineers and establishing customer feedback mechanisms. Previous experience at Intuit involved leading Accessibility Engineering and implementing training initiatives, along with developing an Accessibility Automation Library to enhance product accessibility. Sagar's academic background includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
