Magdalena Radova has over five years of experience in the impact and investment sector. In 2015, they began their career as a Research Analyst - Bluebook Trainee at the European Parliament. In 2016, they worked as an External Researcher for the European Women's Lobby, an External Consultant for the Ministère de l'Economie in Luxembourg, an Impact Consultant & Knowledge Manager for Tiime, and a Mandate Management Development and Impact Finance Division Graduate Trainee for the European Investment Bank. In 2017, they joined Innpact as an Impact Finance & Microfinance Fund Consultant. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Impact & Investment Manager at Tilia Impact Ventures. In 2021, they became a Member of Global Women in VC and a Founding Member of SoFarm - partner sociálních farem. Additionally, they are a Guest Lecturer in Social Entrepreneurship at the Prague University of Economics and Business.

Magdalena Radova's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Charles University (2010-2013), a Master in Economics and Psychology with a specialization in Behavioural Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne (2013-2015), and the successful completion of Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Program from the CFA Institute (2018).
