Dawn Martinez

Dawn Martinez has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Dawn is currently serving as the Director of Payment Operations at Till Payments since February 2022. Prior to that, they were the Project & Operations Director at Till Payments from December 2021 to February 2022.

From 2014 to 2021, Dawn worked at Newtek Merchant Solutions Inc. as the Senior Vice President. Their responsibilities included the development and management of the company's merchant PCI program, which accounted for 30% of their merchant services EBITDA in 2021. Dawn also managed the annual onsite audits.

Before joining Newtek Merchant Solutions Inc., Dawn had a long tenure at First Data Corporation. From 2009 to 2013, they served as the Data Security Director. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Project Manager from 1998 to 2009, and as an Operations Analyst/Manager from 1996 to 1998.

Dawn's career began in 1992 as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Herald Mail, where they worked until 1996.

Throughout their career, Dawn has gained extensive experience in payment operations, project and operations management, data security, and merchant services.

Dawn Martinez began their education at Hagerstown Community College from 1986 to 1988, where they studied Registered Nursing and Business Management. Dawn later pursued further education at Mountain State University from 2002 to 2004, focusing on Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management. Joy did not obtain any specific degrees during their educational journey.
