Catherine Rogge

Catherine Rogge, MBA, has a range of work experience in human resources and employee services. Catherine currently serves as the Director of Employee Services at Tillamook County Creamery Association since January 2022. Prior to this, Catherine worked for AVANGRID as the Human Resources Director for People Operations and Employee Relations from March 2018 to December 2021. Catherine was also a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Avangrid Renewables from July 2016 to March 2018. Catherine held the role of HRBP/Consultant at ADP from July 2015 to July 2016, where they provided strategic HR consultation. Catherine was a Senior HR Generalist at Paychex from 2011 to February 2015, where they advised clients on employee relations and HR operations. Prior to that, Catherine was the Human Resources Manager at The Castle Law Group from 2007 to 2009, overseeing HR and talent strategy. Catherine's early career included being an Employment & Labor Litigation Senior Paralegal at CenturyLink from 2001 to 2007, where they worked on complex legal claims and supported positive employee relations.

Catherine Rogge holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic HR Management from George Fox University. Catherine also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminology from the Mark O. Hatfield School of Government, Portland State University. In addition, Catherine holds a certification in Professional Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute, which they acquired through the Society for Human Resources Management.
