Sibel started their career as a Marketing Intern at Procter & Gamble in 2000, where they played a key role in planning and executing marketing plans, leading to the brand's growth within six months. Sibel also managed outside agencies and partners to execute various marketing initiatives.

In 2007, Sibel joined Pacific Natural Foods as a Brand Manager, where they developed and executed strategic plans, conducted consumer research, and identified key insights to drive new revenue opportunities. Sibel later became a Senior Brand Manager, representing the voice of the consumer in product innovation and expanding the brand's reach.

Since 2014, Sibel has been working at Tillamook County Creamery Association.
