Amanda Valone is the Chief Science Officer at Tilt 365. Amanda has a background in research, with a focus on psychological testing and evaluation. Amanda has worked as a research scientist for 10 months, an adjunct professor for 7 months, and a research consultant for 2 years and 6 months. Amanda has also worked as a lead research assistant for 1 year. In their current role as Chief Science Officer, Amanda leads the research behind Tilt assessments and solutions. Amanda is responsible for conducting regular psychometric evaluations of Tilt personality and multi-rater assessments, custom assessment development for clients, presenting technical information and research results to clients and key stakeholders, conducting and presenting empirical research at professional conferences, managing and assisting in the design of virtual certification courses, translating published research findings into clear and actionable best practices, and executive coaching for clients using laser-focused coaching.

Amanda Valone has a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University, which they obtained in 2018. Amanda also has a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University, which they obtained in 2016. Finally, they have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lenoir-Rhyne University, which they obtained in 2014.
