Nuno Luz

Nuno Luz has a diverse work experience starting as a Freelancer and Analyst/Programmer at KGB Consulting in 2006. Nuno then worked as a Trainee Programmer at I2S in 2008. Subsequently, they held the position of Fellow Researcher at GECAD from 2008 to 2010. Nuno then worked as a Teacher at ISEP from 2010 to 2015 while also serving as a PhD Researcher at MAP-i: GECAD/IPP & CCTC/UM from 2010 to 2015. Nuno transitioned to the tech industry, joining Time Doctor as a Senior Android Developer from 2015 to 2016, followed by roles as a Senior Software Engineer until 2020, and Software Engineering Team Lead from 2020.

Nuno Luz completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto from 2004 to 2008. Nuno further pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science Engineering focusing on Architecture, Systems, and Networks from 2008 to 2010 at the same institution. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science and Informatics from Universidades do Minho, Aveiro e Porto (MAP-i) from 2010 to 2015. In 2009, they also acquired the Professional Aptitude Certificate (CAP) from the Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional.
