Rick Hawkins

Rick Hawkins has a strong background in information technology and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Rick served as a Senior Director of Information Technology at TimkenSteel Corporation, where they were responsible for developing and executing the organization's IT strategy. Rick also worked closely with executive leadership to drive business value through the strategic deployment of IT. Prior to this role, Rick held several positions at The Timken Company, including Director of IT Strategic Projects, Director of Process Execution Improvement and Master Data Management, and Director of Target Systems & Customer Satisfaction. Rick was responsible for managing key supply chain and operational processes, as well as overseeing the company's data governance strategy. Rick also has experience in IT operations and services, serving as the Director of IT Operations & Services at The Timken Company. Earlier in their career, they worked at Avery Dennison as the Manager of Global WAN Services. Overall, Rick has a comprehensive understanding of IT strategy, business process management, and infrastructure operations.

Rick Hawkins completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics from Harding University. Rick attended the university from 1982 to 1987. Later, they pursued an MBA degree in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, attending from 1989 to 1991.
