Stephanie Maier

Stephanie Maier has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of human resources. Stephanie began their career in 1994 as a Human Resource Administrator at Enriched Living Home Care before moving to Brewster Dairy, Inc. in 1996 where they served as a Human Resource Manager for 10 years. In 2006, they joined The Timken Company as an Organizational Advancement Manager, providing HR support for a large number of associates across various locations. Stephanie then took on the role of Senior Total Rewards Specialist from 2011 to 2014, followed by a temporary project assignment as Testing Lead and Compensation Module Implementation Lead for a global SuccessFactors implementation. Finally, Stephanie joined TimkenSteel Corporation as Senior Manager of Compensation and Executive Programs in 2014, eventually earning promotions to Director of Human Resources and then Senior Director of Human Resources, where they currently serve.

Stephanie Maier received their MBA in Executive Management from Ashland University. Stephanie attended Ashland University from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Miami University, earning a BS degree in Organizational Behavior and Personnel & Employment Relations from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Stephanie Maier obtained a certification called SHRM-SCP from SHRM in November 2015.
