Conor McCabe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Conor is currently the Head of Sales Development EMEA & APAC at Tines, a position they began in December 2021. Prior to this, Conor held several roles at LinkedIn, including Head of Sales Development for LinkedIn Sales Solutions EMEA and Senior Sales Development Manager. Conor also worked as a Manager and Senior Relationship Manager, where they helped clients optimize their profile and brand through Social Selling. Before their time at LinkedIn, Conor was a Relationship Manager at AIB, where they managed a portfolio of over 60 clients and introduced new opportunities to the bank. Conor also worked as a Fund Relationship Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where they managed key relationships with corporate clients. Conor began their career as a Sales Assistant at Allianz Insurance and gained significant experience as an Audit Junior at KPMG, primarily in the investment management and securitizations sectors.

Conor McCabe's education history starts in 2000 when they attended Blackrock College and obtained their Leaving Cert degree in 2004. Conor then went on to University College Dublin from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Economics degree with a focus on Economics. In 2007, Conor enrolled at Smurfit Business School-UCD and pursued a Masters in Business Management with a specialization in Business, Finance & Economics, which they completed in 2008. Later, in 2012, they attended the Institute of Bankers and achieved the Qualified Financial Advisor certification, focusing on Credit, Investments, Regulations & Life Assurances.
