Erik Hagberg

Director, Demand Generation & Marketing Operations at Tink

Erik Hagberg has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a student worker for Nestlé's Zoégas brand team. Erik then worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Tieto, where they managed marketing automation operations. In 2015, they became a Consultant at Element AB, which later merged with Nortal, and focused on strategies and tactics related to the lead-to-revenue process. Erik further expanded their expertise in revenue science as a Consultant at Nortal from 2016 to 2017, helping clients improve business outcomes through sales and marketing alignment. Erik then joined Klarna, initially as a Merchant Acquisition Manager and later as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Lead, and Head of Targeted Deal Generation. Erik led teams and implemented various marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, content traffic, and conversion rates. Currently, Erik holds the position of Director of Demand Generation & Sales Development at Tink.

Erik Hagberg holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Marketing & Brand Management from Lund University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing at Halmstad University from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications including Marketo Certified Solutions Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Accredited Sales Professional, Marketo Certified Consultant, Marketo Certified Revenue Analyst, Inbound Certification from HubSpot, Marketo Certified Expert, and Google Analytics Certification from Google.
