Karolina Jönsson

Karolina J is a Sales Account Executive at DHL Express since March 2023, previously serving as a Management Trainee at Enterprise from October 2021 to March 2023. During an academic tenure at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from September 2020 to May 2022, Karolina was an Orientation Leader, where training program initiatives were developed and assessments conducted for quality enhancement. Karolina also held positions as a Peer Mentor and participated in a research program. At Target, from May 2017 to November 2021, Karolina served as the Food Expert Team Lead, gaining experience in retail business fundamentals and training new team members. As a Co-Founder of the Northeast Youth Council from February 2014 to November 2021, partnerships with organizations such as LA County and Children’s Hospital were managed to facilitate charity events. Karolina J holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Pasadena City College.
