Ali Khawaja

Ali Khawaja has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Research Assistant for a USAID-funded project on Informal Entrepreneurship. In this role, they conducted survey-based research and contributed to external publications. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Central Punjab, where they taught various courses in Electrical Engineering and Entrepreneurship, implemented dynamic teaching methods, and provided guidance to graduate students.

In 2014, Ali founded a coaching institute called 3 Academy, where they created self-learning frameworks and tailored lesson plans for individual students. Ali also worked as an Operations Team Member for AgileEI during this time.

From 2014 to 2020, Ali was the Managing Partner at Strong Packages, and from 2014 to 2022, they held the position of Head of Operations at 42 Agency. In these roles, they were responsible for managing operations and overseeing learning and development.

In 2022, Ali joined Tintash as a People Operations Generalist, where they managed a team of 5 members and coordinated various people management functions. Currently, they are a Performance Management Consultant at Tintash, focused on improving the efficacy of project managers and revamping reporting mechanisms.

Ali Khawaja completed their O Levels in Engineering from Lawrence College, Ghora Gali, Murree in the years 1998 to 2002. Ali then pursued A Levels in Engineering from Bahria College Islamabad from 2002 to 2004. Afterward, they attended the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Telecommunications Engineering. Finally, they pursued their postgraduate studies at King's College London from 2008 to 2009, earning an MSc in Telecommunication.
