Rachael Classi

Rachael Classi has a wealth of experience in the business and marketing world. Rachael began their career in 2005 as an Investigative Intern at Whatcom County Public Defenders. In 2006, they joined Specialized Bicycle Components as the Global Head Women's Brand & Product, where they developed and led a five-member team focused on the vision, strategy and execution for global women's bicycle products and services. In 2012, they completed an MBA Internship at The Redwoods Group Foundation, where they researched Learn to Swim best practices and launched a financial and program model on drowning prevention through the YMCA national network. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as the Head of Marketing at Counter Culture Coffee, where they led a team of 7 designers, web developers, and e-commerce specialists to drive online revenue growth. In 2016, they co-founded The Wed Clique, a marketplace for engaged couples to discover and book top wedding vendors. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Teamworks, where they served as VP Strategy & Marketing, Senior Director Strategy, and Director of Growth. Most recently, in 2020, they founded Tiny Earth Toys, a company focused on changing the paradigm of ownership and consumption starting with how we purchase, play with and pass on toys for children.

Rachael Classi attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Rachael also attended Western Washington University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude in Political Science and French.
